Check‑in after 15:00 daily, check‑out before 12:00 the following day. Late check‑out will incur additional charges: before 18:00, half of the hotel's rack rate; after 18:00, the full rack rate for one day.
A deposit is required upon check‑in (subject to hotel policy). The deposit will be fully refunded upon check‑out if there is no damage to property or other consumption.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Children under 1.2m (excluding) can stay free of charge without an extra bed. Extra bed charge: RMB 380/bed/night.
To ensure the safety and quality sleep of you and other guests, please do not bring pets into the hotel.
Complimentary parking is available at the hotel.
Warm reminder: Please bring your own swimsuit (trunks), towel, and all hot spring essentials. Lockers, slippers, and towels are provided free of charge in the hot spring area.

The hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountains, surrounded by peaks on all sides, with tranquil air rich in negative oxygen ions and 98% forest coverage. It's a summer sanctuary, as if embraced by the cool and picturesque beauty of nature.
The hotel is located next to the hot spring building of Cloud Top Hot Spring Resort, just a short walk away. The hotel comprises two main towers of 28 storeys each, namely the Bourbon Tower and the Sherry Tower, named after the oak barrels used for maturing Daqin whisky.
The hotel's underground car park provides direct access to the lobby and guest rooms. One of the hotel's standout features is the private hot spring pool on each guest room balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the hotel's unique silicic acid and fluoride‑rich hot spring water without leaving their room. The hotel also boasts a whisky‑themed restaurant that can seat up to 800 diners and a column‑free banquet centre of 1,600 square metres. The hotel shares the hot spring area with the hot spring building, featuring 118 themed hot spring pools (including a heated swimming pool, dry and wet sauna rooms, and children's water play facilities), with plans to expand with more hot spring pools and children's water play facilities in the future.
