Evian Four Seasons Hot Spring Centre opened on 31 May 2023 and is located on the east side of Wyndham Nankunshan Hot Spring Hotel. The hot spring features metasilicic acid fluoride spring water, which contains 48 rare elements and is rich in various trace elements and minerals beneficial to human health. The building covers approximately 33,000㎡ and can accommodate over 1,200 visitors at a time. It features a large male and female changing area with 1,202 lockers, and a Four Seasons Banquet Hall of 1,500㎡ (currently not open). The hot spring centre comprises indoor and outdoor hot spring areas, indoor and outdoor children's water play areas, a suspended transparent infinity pool, a lazy river, a spiral slide,水上攀岩 (water climbing wall), outdoor terraces, an indoor children's playground, an arcade, and a food and beverage bar, among other facilities.

Indoor and outdoor hot springs: featuring 81 themed pools both indoors and outdoors, including rock mountain themed hot springs, suspended bird's nest soaking pools, children's bubble pools, the immersive storm‑themed hot spring "Fantasy Water World", rooftop starry sky soaking pools, hydrotherapy soaking pools, hot and cold vortex pools, and wellness soaking pools.
