(1) If indoor rides and performances are suspended/cancelled due to force majeure factors such as power outages or sudden malfunctions, the venue will not provide ticket extensions or refunds;

(2) Due to venue capacity, adverse weather, special events, safety or order reasons, operating hours may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual on‑site announcements on the day of your visit for details;

(3) In case of adverse weather such as thunderstorms or typhoons, the opening status of indoor facilities may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the public notices for the resumption time;

To ensure the safety of you and other visitors, please proactively undergo security checks. The following items are not permitted into the venue:

　　(1) Flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods, as well as state‑regulated devices;

　　(2) Child safety tethers (as "child safety tethers" can easily cause tripping, dragging, or entanglement incidents in crowded areas, and pose significant dangers when passing through turnstiles, sensor doors, revolving doors, or elevator doors);

　　(3) Small trolleys or any wheeled transport devices (excluding prams and wheelchairs);

　　(4) Drones and banners;

　　(5) Pets (excluding service animals);

　　(6) The following food and beverages:

　　　　(1) Bulk food or food and beverages exceeding the amount for single‑person consumption;

　　　　(2) Food requiring heating, processing, refrigeration or insulation (such as instant noodles requiring hot water and self‑heating food);

　　　　(3) Food with strong odours (such as durian, etc.);

　　　　(4) Alcoholic beverages;

　　　　(5) Other food items not suitable for bringing into the venue, including but not limited to the above (excluding baby food or food and beverages for special dietary needs);

(2) Infants, pregnant women and persons with limited mobility should be accompanied by family or friends to ensure safety during their visit. Any personal injury or property damage caused by their own actions during the visit shall be borne by themselves;
