Hua Hin (Thai: หัวหิน) is a renowned coastal city in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand, located approximately 200 kilometres south of Bangkok. It is a popular summer resort for the Thai royal family, featuring several beaches, national parks, historical heritage parks and royal sites. Recommended attractions: Hua Hin Venice, Hua Hin Black Mountain Water Park, among others. Hua Hin has a tropical climate with high humidity and pleasant weather. Generally, the cool season runs from November to February; the hot season is from March to May; the rainy season begins in June and ends in October. Apart from the annual rainy season, rainfall is very scarce in other seasons.
