Đà Lạt, also known as Trà Lạt or Đà Lạt, is the capital of Lâm Đồng Province, Vietnam. The city is situated at an altitude of 1,500 metres in the southern part of the Central Highlands. The name originates from the local ethnic minorities, meaning 'Lạt Stream' in the original language. Đà Lạt is a popular tourist destination in Vietnam, known for its mild climate which differs from the heat of other regions, boasting beautiful landscapes such as waterfalls and lakes, as well as abundant agricultural produce including flowers and plants.
