Granada
Granada was the last stronghold of the Moorish dynasty. The Alhambra is the pinnacle of Islamic architecture, with the Court of the Myrtles and the Court of the Lions being exquisitely beautiful. The Albaicín is a white hill town, and the Mirador de San Nicolás is the best spot for a panoramic view of the Alhambra. Sacromonte is famous for its cave flamenco. A distinctive feature of Granada is that drinks come with free tapas. Must-try dishes include fried aubergine with honey, gypsy egg roll, braised lamb, and pomegranate dessert.
