Miura

Miura City is located at the southern tip of the Miura Peninsula at the entrance of Tokyo Bay, renowned for its seascapes and seafood. Jōjima is an uninhabited island featuring captivating sea caves and white sandy beaches, making it an excellent spot for diving. Aburatsubo Seaside Park is ideal for sea bathing and sightseeing. Miura Fishing Port is an important fishery in Tokyo Bay, and the sunset at Mahori Coast is breathtakingly beautiful. The local cuisine is represented by freshly delivered Miura tuna (sashimi/sushi), sea bream, clams, strawberries (a Miura specialty), and seafood rice bowls.
