Langkawi (Malay: Pulau Langkawi, English: Langkawi Island), also known as Langkawi, Langkawi Island, or Langkawi Island, historically called Langkawi and Langkawi Chair, is an island located in the northern part of the Strait of Malacca. It is the largest of 104 islands off the coast of Kedah, Malaysia. The most famous beach attractions on Langkawi Island include: Pantai Cenang, Burau Bay, Pantai Kok, and Pantai Datai.
