Guigang is an important port city in the Xijiang River Basin, also known as Hecheng, renowned for its lotus flowers. Key attractions include Pingtianshan National Forest Park (a popular destination for hiking and camping), Guigang Garden Expo Park, Nanshan Temple (an ancient temple with a history of over a thousand years and rich stone carvings), and Donghu Park (with lotus flowers covering the lake in summer).
