Sichuan Province, located in the southwestern part of China, is known as the "Land of Abundance" and is a tourist destination combining magnificent natural scenery with profound cultural heritage. Its natural landscapes are unparalleled, with the colourful lakes of Jiuzhaigou, the travertine pools of Huanglong, the snow-capped mountains and holy lakes of Daocheng Yading, the sea of clouds and Buddha's light of Mount Emei, and the majestic snow peaks of Mount Siguniang, forming a picturesque paradise on earth.
