Following the death of his mother in 1781, Mozart left Salzburg for Vienna to start a new life and compose numerous famous pieces. The house was damaged in the war in 1944. After restoration, it was officially opened as a museum in 1996. Here you can see the manuscripts and other monuments that Mozart once created.
