Three-Star Stalwarts Hold Firm
Singapore’s premier three-star tier remains untouched, with Les Amis, Odette, and Restaurant Zén maintaining the highest honor. Both Les Amis and Odette have secured three Michelin stars for seven consecutive years, with Odette recently debuting a refreshed layout and menu structure earlier in the year. Meanwhile, Chef Björn Frantzén’s Restaurant Zén is slated to resume service in late August.
Promoted and New Two-Star Entries
Two establishments elevated the two-star category this year:
* Seroja: Led by Chef Kevin Wong, this modern Southeast Asian establishment earned its second star following its initial one-star debut in 2023. The restaurant integrates regional Malaysian flavors, indigenous herbs, and traditional spices into its multi-course Nusantara Menu, complemented by paired beverages.
* 1887 by André: Debuting directly with two stars, this restaurant marks Chef André Chiang’s return to a permanent venue inside the historic dining room at Raffles Hotel Singapore. Its culinary concept merges contemporary heritage gastronomy with traditional French philosophy, drawing inspiration from Victorian and Belle Époque eras as well as hotel archives. The restaurant was also awarded the Opening Of The Year Award.

Six New One-Star Establishments
The one-star list saw substantial expansion with six new additions:
1. Yong Fu: Located at Suntec City, this Ningbo cuisine specialist represents the Shanghai-based brand’s first international outpost, opened in 2024.
2. Loca Niru: Set within the restored House of Tan Yeok Nee historic Teochew mansion along Penang Road, this Japanese-French fine-dining venue secured a star within its first year of operation. Executive Chef Shusuke Kubota was honored with the Young Chef Award.
3. Tenshima: Situated at Millenia Walk, Chef Takahiro Shima operates an intimate 10-seater counter dedicated to a specialized tempura omakase course.
4. Jin Ting Wan: Situated at Marina Bay Sands, Executive Chef Albert Li delivers refined Cantonese cuisine alongside high-altitude city views. Resident Sommelier Joe Yang received the Sommelier Award for curating a cellar of over 130 Chinese wine labels.
5. Cherry Garden by Chef Fei: Located inside the Mandarin Oriental, this dining spot serves refined Cantonese and Teochew specialties, including traditional dim sum.
