About【Exhibition Overview】
The World Internet Conference (WIC) Wuzhen Summit is one of the highest-level and most influential international events in the global internet sector. Since its permanent establishment in Wuzhen in 2014, it has been successfully held for twelve sessions and is widely recognised by the industry as a barometer for global cyberspace governance and a core hub for digital technology innovation.
This conference is initiated and hosted by China. In 2022, the World Internet Conference International Organisation was officially established, with its headquarters located in Beijing, China. The conference is committed to building a global platform for extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits in cyberspace, and to promoting the joint building of a community with a shared future in cyberspace. 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the proposal of the concept of building a community with a shared future in cyberspace. The theme of this year's summit is set as: “Embracing a Digital and Intelligent Future of Open Cooperation, Security and Inclusiveness — Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace”.
【Key Content and Highlights of the Summit】
This summit features 24 sub-forums. The key content and highlights include:
- Hosting a theoretical seminar on the 10th anniversary of the concept of building a community with a shared future in cyberspace, summarising relevant theoretical outcomes and practical experience, and consolidating broad synergy for implementing the concept
- Featuring a special “Six Little Dragons Wuzhen Dialogue”, inviting heads of frontier technology enterprises to exchange insights on global AI technology innovation and development trends, and jointly address global issues
- Continuing to organise training sessions on enhancing digital literacy and skills, releasing and showcasing “Selected Cases of Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace”, and guiding technological innovation to serve broader social welfare
- The “Light of Internet” Expo sets up themed exhibition zones covering areas such as AI frontiers, AI ecosystem, AI+ industry, and AI+ life, and launches internet science popularisation for the first time. This year, over 400 leading scientific and technological achievements have been collected from 34 countries, covering frontier fields including embodied intelligence and 6G
- This summit officially establishes two professional committees on e-commerce and digitalisation of cultural heritage, promoting international cooperation and development in these fields
【Tickets and Visiting Guidelines】
Tickets for this summit are electronic tickets and are subject to a real-name pre-registration system. Specific requirements are as follows:
- Domestic visitors in China are required to complete online pre-registration with real-name ID card information
- Overseas visitors are required to complete registration with real-name passport information
- Visitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are required to complete ticket registration with real-name Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents
- On entry, visitors can verify by scanning their ID card on site, or present the electronic ticket QR code for scanning to enter
