    GSF is a highly influential houseware and hardware export trade event in the South China region. Co-organised by three major industry institutions — Global Sources, Poly Exhibition and Grow Impact — and leveraging Guangzhou's core geographical advantages, it builds a professional international trade platform linking China's quality manufacturing capacity with global sourcing needs. The fair is held twice a year — the spring edition in April and the autumn edition in October — with a strong focus on multiple product categories including hardware tools, household appliances, auto and motorcycle parts, and outdoor products.     The core advantage of the exhibition lies in its ability to precisely connect global buyer resources and provide efficient business matching services. Leveraging the organisers' accumulated database of millions of quality buyers and years of B2B trade resources, the fair attracts thousands of professional buyers from Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Russia and other regions each year. The 2025 Autumn Edition attracted professional buyers from multiple countries worldwide, with 682 exhibitor companies, representing a year-on-year increase of 41.2%. Over the four-day exhibition period, nearly 40,000 professional buyer visits were recorded for business negotiations. The fair's pioneering "Business Matching Sessions" are a core highlight — the 2024 Spring Edition completed 2,711 business matching sessions, with nearly 80% of exhibitors participating, and total intended order value exceeding US$10 million.

    The exhibition establishes a one-stop trade platform covering the entire houseware and hardware industry chain, with exhibits divided into four core categories:

    - Hardware & Tools: including hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, garden tools, construction hardware, fasteners, etc.

    - Household Appliances: including kitchen appliances, domestic appliances, beauty and wellness appliances, etc.

    The 2025 Autumn Edition newly introduced an additional MTR-accessible exhibition hall to fully meet the diverse one-stop sourcing needs of global buyers. The exhibition has also received support from commerce departments in Hebei, Lianjiang (Guangdong), Taizhou (Zhejiang), Qingdao (Shandong), Nanjing (Jiangsu), Shangqiu (Henan), Jiaxing (Zhejiang), Chongqing, Linyi (Shandong), Quanzhou (Fujian) and other regions, organising quality local enterprises to participate in a concentrated manner, showcasing the industrial advantages and regional characteristics of China's manufacturing sector.

【Exhibition Services and Innovative Features】

    The exhibition closely follows the three industry development trends of "Precise Matching, Cross-border Expansion, and Innovative Experience", establishing an efficient and practical business service system. It has innovatively launched a year-round "online + offline" business matching model, publishing buyers' sourcing needs in real time via the official WeChat account and industry exchange groups, with pre-matching conducted through online video sessions in advance. During each edition, hundreds of precision business matching sessions are held on-site, enabling one-on-one face-to-face negotiations between buyers and suppliers.

    The 2025 Spring Edition introduced two new innovative activities — "Motorcycle Test Ride" and "New Product Launch" — with the outdoor test ride zone attracting huge crowds and injecting fresh vitality into the fair. The exhibition also extends daily opening hours until 8pm, and hosts an After Party social evening after the show, creating distinctive business networking scenarios for international buyers and VIP exhibitors. In addition, the fair's schedule is strategically aligned with the Canton Fair, allowing it to fully leverage the enormous visitor traffic of the Canton Fair, making it an important supplementary exhibition during the Canton Fair period.

    For local Chinese enterprises, this exhibition serves as a strategic window for exploring overseas markets, connecting with international quality resources, and accelerating brand globalisation. Numerous companies have secured quality orders at the fair: for example, Guangdong Aizao Appliances received 8 intended orders totalling over US$1 million; Jiangmen Honglong Technology secured an on-site motorcycle procurement order worth RMB 5 million; and a Hebei foreign trade company signed an intended order for tool products valued at RMB 1.5 million.
