About

【Exhibition Overview】

Woodtech Fair, the Turkey International Woodworking Machinery Exhibition, is dedicated to showcasing product services of various furniture enterprises, as well as wood products, forest products and corresponding industry technologies. It provides an effective marketing and networking platform for exhibitors and visitors from home and abroad.

【Scale of Previous Edition】

The previous edition of the exhibition covered a total exhibition area of 54,000 square metres, featuring 814 participating enterprises. Exhibitors came from multiple countries and regions including China, the United States, Brazil, Spain, Japan, South Korea, Dubai, India, Thailand, Hong Kong (China), Italy and others, and the total number of visitors reached 74,889.

【Concurrent Supporting Events】

Apart from product displays, the exhibition also hosts various professional conferences and seminars to help participants learn about the latest industry solutions in international furniture and woodworking machinery. These activities aim to further promote the development of Turkey's furniture and woodworking machinery industry, and help establish the exhibition as the largest furniture exhibition on the Eurasian continent.

【Local Industry Background】

In recent years, family concepts in Turkey have undergone changes, with household sizes gradually shrinking. Approximately 500,000 new residential units are added locally each year.

Driven by real estate development, old housing renovation, tourism growth and urbanisation, the Turkish furniture market has immense room for development and has become a significant force driving the Turkish economy. Turkey has also ranked among the world's most promising furniture supply countries.

China is currently Turkey's second-largest trading partner and also its largest source of imports.
