Same-day cancellations or changes are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or changes for any reason

If you arrive late without prior notice, your service time may be shortened. Appointments will be canceled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late

No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows

You may bring a photo of your desired hairstyle as a reference for your assigned hairstylist

Your hairstylist will first assess your hair condition to determine whether coloring or perming is suitable. Based on your hair type and condition, they will recommend the most appropriate service. For example, severely damaged or faded hair may not be suitable for perming or additional coloring. If your hairstylist determines that coloring or perming cannot be performed due to your hair condition, please contact the phone number provided at the bottom of your voucher. Following verification, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Please do not bring or use your own hair coloring, perming, or treatment products at the salon. Services cannot be provided if you request to use personal products
