2026英國百大餐廳榜單出爐！倫敦56家餐廳強勢入選，Bouchon Racine奪冠，Camille獲Timeout年度最佳

每年，《國家餐廳大獎》（National Restaurant Awards）都會公佈英國100家最佳餐廳榜單，由英國頂尖主廚、餐飲業者和美食作家投票選出。今年也不例外——而倫敦再次以驚人的數量主宰了這份名單。

毫不意外地，超過一半的入選餐廳——共56家——位於倫敦M25環城公路範圍內，前10名中更有絕大多數來自首都。

今年的冠軍寶座由Clerkenwell區的Bouchon Racine奪得，這家法式小酒館是倫敦美食界傳奇人物Henry Harris的心血之作。

其他入選的倫敦餐廳包括：The Ritz（第2名）、Dorian（第3名）、The Ledbury（第4名）、Mountain（第5名）、Legado、AngloThai、The Devonshire、Humble Chicken、Camille、Kiln、Ikoyi、Wildflowers、A Wong、The Dover、KOL、Sabor、Tollingtons、Simpson's in the Strand、Miga、Lilibet's、The French House、Kudu、Osteria Vibrato、DALLA、OMA、Restaurant St Barts、The Kerfield Arms、The Fat Badger、Trivet、Ambassadors Clubhouse、St John、Motorino，以及Borough Market的Tiella by Dara Klein等。

值得一提的是，Borough Market的Camille不僅在國家餐廳大獎中位列第20名，更被Timeout評選為2026年倫敦最佳餐廳。
